Applied online, the whole process took about 3-4 months. A few weeks after my application I was invited for a first interview through Skype. Questions were mostly about my previous research projects and my research methodology in general, it was very relevant and enjoyable. After about a month without hearing back from HR they told me that the interview had gone well but they were still not sure about giving me an offer, so they invited me to the office for a second interview, but with a different team and asking more technical questions. Both interviews were rather informal but the whole process was long, not very transparent and full of beauraucracy, and the position I got offered in the end was different from the one I had applied to.
