The overall process was pretty straight forward. The principal, assistant principal across the table. Questions were asked and answered. It was casual in a sense. I did not feel much pressure during the process. I did get a chance to speak to other teachers which was helpful in making my decision.

I was super anxious about it for nothing...all I needed was a pulse! Honestly, though, they're taking anybody who can pass a background check with a bachelor's degree in literally anything.
