I pick up phone few weeks after I sent CV and young HR girl invited me to job interview. There were 3 people - HR girl and two technical managers. Quite nice atmosphere but many questions connected with my skills and knowledge which wasn't ever mentioned in requirements. They don't call me with any feedback after interview.
