-The initial phone interview with about 5 employees and contractors from Europe and South Carolina was friendly and not difficult. Several were late to the call. -Prior to having a webcam (2nd) interview with 2 South Carolina contractors, they wanted to have a quick webcam chat to make sure our webcam session would work fine. Of course it would work. After they saw me, I never got the actual 2nd interview. Maybe I was too old, too friendly, not serious enough...Who knows?? Apparently, I didn't have "the look." I had to bug them over the next couple weeks to find out that they eventually filled the position.
