Process consisted of 2 on site interviews. First interview was with future boss, peer business unit leader and human resource personnel. It was in a very small conference room due to not booking conference room ahead of time. It lasted for about one hours. Made me come back out fora 2nd interview( about 1 month and a half later) which consisted on of a tour with the future boss. This took about 2 hours . Overall the interview process was ok. However received a email about getting the job however when I went to see the attachments no offer letter was attached. I tried to call and email about it. 24 hours later received another email stating that the first email was sent in error and that I was still in consideration for the job. I never received any more communication after that. Only found out that I didn't get the job when looking at another job posting and then visited my dashboard and saw I was no longer in consideration for the position. It would have been nice to get an email stating I didn't get the job versus me having to investigate.
