Received a phone call for Panel Interview. The interview went well. The personnel were very friendly and seemed happy in their positions at Volvo Group. The panel spent 10 minutes on what the job entailed, then asked standard interview questions. The part that is disheartening is no follow through on Volvo Group regarding consideration for the position. It has been 3+ weeks since the initial interview. Sent follow-up emails, no response. The application still shows as "under review" on the career page. Needs to be more transparent if the position applied for is open and actively being fulfilled.
