There was one interview in which the interviewer asked a lot about what exactly total quality management was. The interviewer explained the job really well, however, kept assuming that I had more questions for him. I think that asking questions in an interview is very important but in this one it was definitely crucial in order to let the interviewer truly believe that you understand what the job entails.
