I had a very disappointing experience interviewing with Vorto. I went into their downtown Denver office three separate times for in-person interviews, including one with someone who would have been reporting to me. That particular interview felt uncomfortable, as the individual clearly did not have any interviewing experience and it didn’t add value to the process. After investing a significant amount of time and effort, I was informed that the company had decided to put the role on hold. This left me with the impression that there was a lack of organization, transparency, and respect for candidates’ time. Overall, the process felt unstructured and unprofessional. While the company may have interesting opportunities, my experience with their interview process was very negative.
