Very personal in a good way. I was given both verbal and a well organized collier outlining what my job required and every question was clearly answered. About as textbook of an interview I've ever had. There were multiple stages of the interview process and I got the feeling they care more about if their employees are happy than if the owners get bonuses that equal all profits the company made.
