It was such an easy process. I immediately felt comfortable with my interviewers; the interview was very casual, and I was put at ease. They rely heavily on the STAR method which I think is great. Just be yourself and if it's a good fit that will shine through. I interviewed in the am and had a job offer by late afternoon.

You have a HireVue self interview first. Then, you’ll be contacted and have a group meeting with two hiring managers who will go over a lot of Situation/Action/Result questions. Usually you hear back within the week. If you’ve been referred you’ll hear back faster.

Interview
After the interviews I had now I understand why they have bad rating. The interview with the HR was great, however after that I had an interview with the manager and then they sent a math (equations mostly) and a cognitive test and last was a presentation that bear in mind that you have to imagine the scenario yourself as they don't give you a roleplay.
During the presentation they asked ridiculous questions which you can only have answers if you are working for the company and mind that you need to create a performance scenario for your accounts making up numbers and consider previous performance for accounts that you still don't manage.
After the presentations of around 1 hour, I was still asked " the standard behavior questions"
The interview was unnecessarily hard for such a company and low salary.
PS: The math test I still don't get it, what was that for?

Interview
