Interview
I was contacted by Adam (recruiter) through email to set up a preferable time to talk on the phone. I had one phone interview that lasted for about 15 minutes. Adam was extremely outgoing, polite, and easy to talk to. He asked general questions about previous employment and personal skills relating to the job in questions. The next day, Adam again contacted me and set up a second in-person interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. This second interview lasted about 45 minutes and delved more intensely into previous employment, job skills, personal skill, time management, and my creative ability. After a couple of days I was offered the position and immediately accepted.
I will say that the recruiter, manager, and front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and relaxed. The whole process was relaxed and professional.
