The initial interview with the recruiter was excellent. However, my second interview, on site, was canceled less than 30 minutes before. I received an email/voicemail stating I would hear next steps within 48 hours. Five full days later I had to initiate a call back to find out what was going on. In short, they said I was too excited about getting on, and potentially using them to get out of Austin. I won't even pretend that I wasn't excited about working there, as I consider the business model stellar. Using them to move to Europe was completely news to me. I don't regret anything.
In short, if you want to get on with them, don't show much interest.
