The RH Analyst contact me, asked somethings about my resume. She scheduled an interview for 2 days later. However, she didn't said that the interview would take 3-4 hrs of my time. But that's ok because I took a day off to do this. When the interview begins, I started doing 3 tests (math, excel and geography ).Then, I was interviewed by the HR Analyst who called me - she asked about my personal life, hobbies and my experience in planning sales and predicting models. Then I was interviewed by Sales & Marketing Manager, who asked about everything on my resume and talked to me in english, in order to tested. Then I was interviewed by CEO ( Brazil ) and he interviewed me in English only. He tested my knowledge about marketing, planning sales and predicting models. He gave a business case about a company in sales area and simulates some situations to induce me to create KPI's models for that situation. Finally, my last interview was with HR Partner from Americas, she asked me about my personal life again and my will to working on that company. After I did all this interviews, I was waiting for an answer. For 1 month, I waited .. and nothing happened. So, I called HR analyst and requested a feedback, She said that I was the only finalist, but I would have to wait because HR Partner wasn't in Brazil. It took 3 months for homeaway gives me an generic feedback. They has decided that I wasn't a good fit then. It was a terrible experience, I really wanted to work there and I became extremely disapointed with how the company treated me.
