Applied online, after a week received a call and the recruiter was really nice and had a very pleasant and useful/informative convo: talked about the details and nitty gritty of job, my desire for a career change (looking to get into sales after a decade in another field and I knew and wanted to start from bottom) and let me know the process (phone interview, online test to assess sales personality and if you passed, would move to in person interview).
Took online test, passed and was scheduled for the in person interview. Here is where I could tell it was not going to be so nice; the offices are cool and the people have an overall chill, pleasant environment BUT once the two interviewers sat down with me (after their day running 30 min late), it was not so great. One was nice and asked relevant job related questions, the other had a huge chip on shoulder and was super unpleasant and rude, with non relevant questions (to the job or even interview) and kept on asking about my previous job industry (not even the job itself, but the industry), when I'm interviewing for this position; so I smiled and answered as politely as could be (after all, it is a job interview and you grin and bear it) but this person was suuuuper rude and honestly, sad to see someone like this works there and is supposed to be one of the managers.
After sit down interview, went to shadowing session which was super useful and person really nice, showing exactly what job functions are. After this left and never heard back or even the standard "we have gone with other candidates" spiel, even though I sent thank you/follow up.
