This process was very easy as I was already part of the company for over 6 months. I remember receiving emails within 24 hours of applying for the job. Even though I was already part of the company, and was applying internally, I was treated the same as an external applicant would be. Which shows how fair the company is and I felt that I had to work hard for the job, even if I was recommended by an internal applicant.
