I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vulcan (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Called by HR and underwent a telephone interview. The HR person knew nothing about the field for the position and some of the questions were bizarre. They were interested in me but my current public sector salary was much higher than the top end of where they were willing to go--this surprised me as the aspiration of the program requires a great deal of expertise and experience. This tells me that they have little understanding of the cost of talent outside the IT field.
