Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a customer service issue?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Vuori in Feb 2024
Interview
I really felt like the recruiter was obsessed with letting me know that she had worked for Vuori and made me feel like I was below her essentially because of my decade's worth of retail experience- the volume of the store was a bit higher than the location I had ran before, and she immediately asked me if I would prefer to be an Assistant instead with a significant paycut which in my opinion is outright offensive. Very unprofessional experience- I think your recruiters should be more inviting and mindful.
