First I had a recruiter screen, which went well. My second interview was a 30 minute virtual interview. The interviewer showed up late and had their camera off; they did not acknowledge either. Even though the interview started late, it still ended on time. This gave me less than 30 minutes to share my experiences. As instructed, I followed up with recruiting several times after the interview. I finally received an automated rejection email 2 months later. I really admire the company; however, I wish there was more respect for candidates during the interview process.

Was told that they were moving on with new candidates at the time of the first interview. Was disappointed that I wasn't notified beforehand. Would prefer better communication for their interview process.
