He said the best thing about working for the company was the culture, but after talking to him I learned that he was trying to change the culture in a big way to help with cybersecurity needs. Which is it? Do you like the culture or are you trying to change it? Anyway, he never followed up at all and completely ghosted me. Not the nicest guy either, he seemed like he was in a huge hurry and couldn't wait to get off the interview.
