3 step interview, first there is a screening call by HR then 1st interview with your line manager usually technically and later an interview with the CEO which is not as technical as the first one.

It was a 3 stage interview, After phone call screening it was a techinical interview with my line manager, then there was a techinical interview with my Area Manager.
Lastly it was an interview with the CEO who offered me the job right there and then.
