So i got shortlisted and was asked for interview. I had 3 detailed interviews with the co founder and technical team. After each interview, they told me that i cleared and made it to next round.
After clearing all my interviews successfully, which took almost two weeks, they asked when can i join at earliest and what salary bracket i am looking forward to. And since then they vanished. My asking wasnt that high, nor was my notice period. They just wanted to waste my time. Thats all
The process was easy, two interviews only and was concluded within two weeks, with the offer letter. The first interview was mostly an introductory thing but later dived deeper into product thinking and the second interview was more around personality , companmy values alignment etc
