The SVP reached out to me on LinkedIn and arranged a web interview. He had me self-schedule on his calendar. cancelled last minute and reschedule. He cancelled a second time last minute and stated there were other candidates already in the process. This was the most unprofessional experience I've had in 13 years of working. If you want a strong employer brand, candidate experience is important. Terrible.
