A really thorough interview process was conducted, starting with the SVP of talent making the initial outreach about the job posting via LinkedIn, followed by 2 interviews with the heads of sales, and then a final round interview with the COO and CEO. The process took about a month from start to finish. The SVP of talent was fast to keep me updated on my progress and on next steps. I was impressed with how in-depth the hiring team was with answering my questions about the role and company.
