The recruiter reached out to me to talk through salary expectations first and after some back and forth we agreed on a salary range. I first had a screening call with the recruiter. It went really well they were extremely personable and fun to talk to. They then setup an interview with the hiring manager who was also nice to talk to. The hiring manager gave the thumbs up to move forward with the following interviews which included VP of Engineering and VP of Product. I then heard back from the recruiter letting me know that the interviews went well and they should have an answer for me soon. The recruiter then reached out to let me know that they were extending an offer. The recruiter was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. I accepted the offer.
