Interviews with recruiter, team lead and technical was great. But, the last interview with senior Manager was not great. This interview was supposed to be noon technical and more about cultural fit, at least that's what I was told in the beginning. I felt blindsided when he asked about a complex technical question and wasn't allowed to Google. I guess he doesn't Google when he works, because he knows everything. Seems disorganized and definitely felt like I was setup to fail.
