Had a phone screening interview. Recruiter was very respectful and sufficiently knowledgeable of the department and it's leaders that the role fell under. I had to send a followup emails to the recruiter during the process. Second interview with a possible co-worker in the same role. Really like this because she could explain the day-to-day aspects of the work and could see the type of personality I would be working with. Third interview with possible supervisor. Answered my questions thoroughly and could see the kind of personality I would be under. Was very pleased with the co-worker and supervisor. Good work ethics and positive personalities. Fourth interview with Director of Finance. Great conversation. Had many things in common. Could see she wasn't a micromanager but an effective worker and manager who trusted her team to do the work and guide them as needed.
