Interview
It was an on campus interview where I attended an information session the day before the interviews were conducted. On the day of the interview I was interviewed by 4 groups with two people in each group. The work culture at Gore is very team oriented. They want to see that you are willing to get input from others before running off and making a decision on your own. There are no bosses at Gore so they want to know that you work well in team settings. They also like to see that you are technically capable and a self-motivated individual.
