Phone screen followed by an in person interview usually. Interviews are supposed to be scripted, but often end up just being a discussion. People will be tempted to 'nail' the interview; don't be. This is not one you should win for the sake of winning. Be honest with yourself and make absolutely sure that this culture is the right one for you, otherwise you'll be unhappy. Use the interview to gain as much perspective on the culture as possible, and don't be afraid to take a pass if the culture doesn't seem an absolute fit for you. Seriously.

Interview with very well mannered, friendly, and professional personnel. Enjoyed speaking and asking questions to get their insight into the position and who they wanted to fill the role. Seems like a lovely place to work at.

Pre-screen call with HR. 3 rounds of pairs of interviewers from multiple functions that lasted approximately 3 hours. Lot of behavioral questions “tell me about a time”. The interview was conducted remotely through Teams.

Interview
It was long and not related to the job itself but was more related to the culture. This was fine but it was weird in hind sight because no one actually followed the culture. It is for show and marketing and not the reality of this place. Gore is more old-fashioned socially and in terms of technology than any other company I have worked for my entire career. This place is a dinosaur. I would not work here again, even if they did pay competitively. FYI, they don't. Do not expect to get an offer that reflects your experience if you are an experienced professional.
