I started to speak with a college recruiter on a campus career fair. A couple of weeks after that they sent an invite for an on-campus interview. The interview process was taking about an hour or so. I had two interviewers, both of them were engineers at Gore for at least 3 years. They gave me some basic engineering design and DoE questions along with some basic fluid dynamic problem. At the beginning they asked if I was an international student (which I was) and said that I would not be offered the position unless my status had changed. They proceeded with the interview process anyway.
