Applied and heard back maybe a month or so later. I was contacted my a recruiter - she was very thorough in asking what I am looking for, why I want to leave my current job, etc.. she was very knowledgeable about the role as well.
after we spoke I had a convo with the hiring manager and ultimately 2 panels interviews each with two people. It didn’t feel pressured and they were back to back so it was nice to get it over and done with
