I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates in Oct 2020
Interview
The initial interview with Gore was with two people virtually. The interview started out normal with typical situational questions, but eventually one of the interviewers started asking me specific questions about remembering stress and force equations. They had not told me that this would be a technical interview so this was a bit confusing and it seemed like he was being a bit condescending to me during this. They are definitely looking for technically minded employees and put an emphasis on technical skill over personal and management skills/experience.
