The process took 1 day. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates in Aug 2010
Interview
I was interviewed in three 1 hour rotations with two interviewers in each. They didn't say for sure, but I think it was broken into team, behavioral, and technical skills. It was fairly laid back and enjoyable, however there were a few on the spot technical questions. Overall, a very positive experience.

It was a standard behavioral interview for 30 minutes with two young Gore representatives. I received the interview after talking with them at Career Fair. It was standard behavioral questions, but they were very interested in my answer regarding engineering projects. They care a lot about technical proficiency and examples of how you’ve applied your skills.
