The initial interview was a phone screen with an HR representative and Hiring Manager in mid January, 2011. It was another month before they called me back to let me know they wanted me to drive to Flagstaff for an in-person interview.
The interview consisted of two panels of 4 and 5 people respectively, from a number of different teams that I'd be working with, if offered the position.
Both panels asked essentially the same questions, mostly behavioral type questions, as well as some basic technical questions. Nothing terribly difficult.
All people on the panels were very friendly and made you feel very comfortable, making it a low stress interview.
