I applied online, and received note from the Recruiter to speak. We connected for a screen. I was then passed onto the next round of interviewers, then invited in onsite for a final interview as a finalist. The interview was over a month ago and I have not heard a peep from the recruiter, nor have I received my reimbursement for interview expenses. They also interview with panels of two people at once. I don't feel it's an effective way to engage with a candidate. They were unorganized and had very broad questions. I'm not sure how they effectively evaluate candidates with their current interview process.
