formal 4 person panel with little knowledge of company outside of their own job, showed little interest in past accomplishments. asked questions that did not seem to test knowledge or abilities to job opening. interviewers wore jeans and t-shits, not very professional.

Filled out on-line application in June. Was notified in July that a phone interview would be scheduled for August. Had phone interview in August. Three people conducted the phone interview, HR, Team Lead, and IT representatives. Pleasant people, behavioral question was about conflict resolution. Was notified in October that the job would not be filled after all.
