I applied online, and went through a phone interview with basic questions (resume, situation, and behavioral questions). Then I went to an onsite interview and took an all day tour and at the end had 3 1 hour interviews. The tour was slightly helpful, but everything was very hush hush. These interviews were all back to back and then they contacted me in 2 weeks.

Ranged from past experiences, leadership opportunities, and technical questions. There was a free body diagram on a stent and identify the forces and types of stresses. There was a question about which types of test you would do on a graft. Everything was very "how do you fit into Gore" and less how do you fit into this desired position. Also brought up previous internship experience.

Started with HR phone-screen interview. In-person interview consisted of two small groups and seemed very conversational. Duration was 2 hours. Interviewers were available by phone the week following the interview to answer some outstanding questions I had about the team and the role.

Mostly questions from resume experience and technical details probing into problem solving skills. After that got an invitation to interview on site. Interview was 3 hours long. First hour was chat with a process engineer and a tour of the engineering facility. Next two hours were hour long interviews with two teams of engineering leaders.
