The interview process consisted of a phone screen first, followed by onsite interviews with several other engineers and managers. A combination of behavioral and technical questions were asked during the interview process. Onsite interview also included tours of the facility and surrounding area. Employees seemed very friendly and happy with the work culture and environment. Questions were very open-ended because the interviewers wanted to see how you think. Interview
It was fine, nothing too difficult. Long process, recruiters not great at reaching out to the candidates. They underpay a lot, so be prepared to get a bad offer no matter your experience. Not competitive with other companies.
Fair interview process out of school. Liked how they showed us around the city/area to make us really understand the culture and environment. Long day of interviews and multiple interview pairs.
