I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at W. R. Grace & Co. (Baltimore, MD) in Sep 2014
Interview
6 hr process (Baltimore, MD location). Interviewed by their R&D director at the beginning (and end) of the day followed by four individual interviews with HR and engineers including a plant tour and restaurant outing. As a recent graduate (first professional interview) the length and stress of the process was a challenge, but I was extremely impressed by the time they dedicated to ensuring the position was a mutual fit and how personable everyone I meet was.
