W. R. Grace & Co. Senior Technical Training Specialist interview questions

The interview process involved three stages: Phone with HR, online face-to-face with direct manager, and in-person interview session (with several people key to my role). I thought the whole process was necessary - given the extensive interaction I will have with so many fellow employees. I found all of the questions and discussions to be relevant . All of the people who interviewed me were smart AND personable. I selected “Difficult” instead of “Average” for the level only because the questions are serious and the process takes weeks, but I would not shy away from an interview with Grace.
