The interview was pretty standard in terms of the questions they asked (e.g. specifics of experience, goals, familiarity with different programs). Everyone was very nice and transparent. They were also very willing hear and respond to my questions about the job, culture, work life-balance, and the company as a whole. The biggest challenge for the role I interviewed for was having to complete a very open ended technical project. Overall, I found it to be a positive and appropriately challenging interview process.
