I was contacted on LinkedIn but never heard back after responding. I reached out directly and was able to get some information. From what I gathered, they were looking to build out a talent acquisition team/processes for a very new group. I had done the same thing for a Fortune 500 company, along with transforming their entire Technology brand and hiring over 200 new technical employees in the last 2 years. Never even got an interview with the hiring manager.
