I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WCG Clinical
Interview
The recruiter was warm and very engaged, excited about me. Second interview with the hiring manager and team member was stressful. HM kept subtly undermining me after I responded, or throwing my words back at me when asking a different question later. Made me uncomfortable because it seemed purposefully destabilizing. Also made me question whether working for her would be equally antagonistic.

Question 1
Hiring manager asked almost completely all "Tell me about a time when..." questions. Was grateful I had prepared a lot of anecdotes because I used all of them.
The interview was very inconsistent. They initially seemed motivated for someone to start right away. Everyone was excited about me, but ultimately my would-be future supervisor decided that I had insufficient experience.
