I had a very disappointing experience interviewing for the Budget Analyst position at WGC Clinical. The interview felt rushed from the start, and it seemed as though the interviewer was intentionally looking for reasons to disqualify me. It quickly became clear that they had no real intention of hiring me, and the whole process felt like a mere formality. When they asked if I had any questions at the end, they rushed through it without giving me the time to respond properly. The entire interview seemed unfair, especially with the technical difficulties during the Zoom call that only added to the frustration. The questions asked didn't align with the level of the position, making the interview feel disconnected from the actual job requirements. Overall, the entire experience was negative, and I would strongly advise others to avoid interviewing with this company based on the reviews I've seen here on Glassdoor. Additionally, the interviewer displayed racist undertones, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
