I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WDS (Boise, ID) in Sep 2011
Interview
Incredibly relaxed interview where they test your basic communication skills as well as ability to use a computer. HR will ask basic questions about your commitment, but ultimately if you can pass a drug test, you will likely be hired for training. The real thing is that they really judge if you can perform the job during initial and secondary training. This is when most of the people who are hired are let go.

Interview
The interview consisted of the agency having a chat and then sending me a translation to submit, then a face to face interview which questioned past experience and "how would react to..." type of questions
