I’ve applied for several positions that I’m more than qualified for at WEP. Very soon after, you’ll receive an invitation to an online screening. The first time I received this, I was very excited. After applying to several jobs at WEP, I realized they send these out for any job you apply for. The process takes at least 20-30 minutes, but it can take more if you write out longer answers. This is honestly a waste of candidates time. They’re AI screening questions. Pretty indicative of how the company would treat their employees once hired after reading reviews.
