Interview
Applied online. Got an interview 2 days after. The same day, they sent me an exercise which took me the weekend to complete. I did a great exercise and went for a 2nd interview. I had to talk to the manager through my resumé and asked me some uncomfortable questions about clients in my last company. He told me I did a great exercise but he was unsure about one aspect of the job, which he never elaborated. They told me they would get back to me the day after, but they never got back to me which I consider unprofessional. The candidates time is as valuable as yours. At least have the courtesy to call or send an email.

Interview
Interview was efficient with each of the 4 rounds of interviews feel short and simple. Each round felt more like a casual conversation which made it feel very much stress free.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WESCO International (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Interview here if you like being ghosted after multiple interviews. Not sure I would want to work here if they treat applicants this poorly. Terrible management and shows lack of respect for qualified candidates. Even an automated reply is better than being strung along.

Interview
The recruiter was very responsive and communicative and I think embarrassed by the long and drawn out process.
I was brought in for face to face with two people. The second person had no prepared questions and did not take a single note. During the discussion I came to find out it was the person who I would be replacing.
Unfortunately the overall experience was extremely slow. It took months to get a final resolution. It is evident that the recruitment process is disjointed.
