I did the first round interview with pricing manager. The interview lasts for 40 minutes and all questions were behavioral questions. "What will you do if people from multiple departments want data from you" "how will you deal with the situation if a member in your team doesn't agree with you". Questions like this.

It was a step interview process. The hiring manager explained the role thoroughly and asked about my experience managing multiple accounts in previous roles as well as overall statistics and supply chain background
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WESCO International (Pittsburgh, PA) in Dec 2018
Interview
I went in for an interview and met two different managers in the department that I would be working for. The hiring manager was newly promoted to the position as was looking to fill the role in his team. Interview went well, but neither manager knew when I would hear if I got the position or not. I waited two weeks and decided to reach out to the recruiter. I called and emailed him. No email back/ no call back. After another week I called the hiring manager and sent them an email. No email back/ no call back. I decided that after a few days after calling the hiring manager I would try the recruiter one more time (it has been a month at this point). Recruiter answered and told me that they hadn’t made a decision yet and that they’ve been so busy as the reasoning for taking so long. He told me that he would reach out to the hiring manager and let me know by the end of the day. Another week went by with no call back from the recruiter. I called him once more and he told me that they still were really busy and that he would for sure call me back with an answer within the hour. Never did. It’s been 6 weeks since I interviewed for the job and I’m still “under consideration” online. I am very disappointed in the company and the recruiter.
