I applied through referral and HR called me and scheduled a 1 hr interview which happened for only 15 mins because the job description didn't at all match what they need. Worst company. HR are doing time pass and playing with job seekers. I asked her why did you not mention the skills that interviewer needed in job description and she has no answer. The interviewer also sounded very disinterested.
