The Wesco recruiter himself found me on LinkedIn and talked me about the Product Owner job. And after 3 rounds of interviews, the recruiter tells me that he will get a decision by the team by last week, it never happened. He never reached out. I had to take 3 hours PTO to go through the process to eventually being ghosted. It is a very unprofessional behavior displayed. The candidate gets no respect.
