Interview
Bait and Switch: The interview seemed straightforward, had a great conversation with the managers, excited about the company, received the job offer... BUT
The HR contractor initially set the hourly rate at $36 per hour.
At the final stages of the interview, the HR representative apologized and informed me that the rate was actually $28 per hour which was in my offer letter. The LinkedIn job posting lists the pay range as $25 to $31 per hour.
I requested a pay match to $31 per hour but was ghosted by HR after being offered the position at $28 per hour.
Highly unprofessional, glad I didn't accept. Know your value!!

Interview
Phone interview for about 30 minutes. I felt that the conversation was one-sided and transactional when I asked about training and growth opportunities. The recruiter couldn't provide much information and seemed to avoid answering directly.
